How do I receive the service after my purchase?
After completing your payment, you will receive a Redemption Certificate via email containing a unique Order ID.
You must contact the Creator through the provided WhatsApp or Line link and present your Order ID to verify and initiate your session.
Are the services physical or digital?
All products on our platform areDigital Redemption Certificates.
While some services may involve “Gifts” or “Meals,” these are fulfilled by the Creator as part of an interactive experience.No physical items will be shipped to the buyer’s address.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
You may request a full refund within48 hoursif the Creator has not yet responded to your redemption request.
Once the Redemption Certificate has been verified and the service has commenced on social platforms, the order becomesfinal and non-refundable.
Is it safe to meet the Creators offline?
Our platform is designed primarily fordigital interaction.
Any “offline” fulfillment (such as a Creator receiving a gift or meal) is intendedsolely for content or interaction purposes.
For safety reasons, using our certificates forprivate or unauthorized offline meetings is strictly prohibited.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be automatically returned to your original payment method within10 business days.
Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take up to15 business daysfor the refund to appear in your account.
